Some of the comments (also from the males) too were very intersting. This also made it very clear that many (most of ?) Keralites are not aware of Onnara (Thaar). That's a pity, I feel. We all should popularise this simple but excellent lingerie. It's our tradition ! It's Keralite !! It's Malayalee !!! We should protect our culture and traditions.
"We are not against panties. But thaar is different, and better in many ways. That's why let us all promote Onnara/Thaar" .. wrote a reader. Now, I invite your attention to my earlier posts on thaar. Afterall, it would be an effort to educate many "illiterate" Keralites. A humble and simple effort to save our heritage and culture. Await ... for a pictorial account of thaar .
